Pilanesberg National Park is home to over 8 000 species of animals and the park is now one of the privileged reserves where the “Big Five” can be viewed. A major reason for Pilanesberg’s diversity of animals is that it lies in the transition zone between the dry Kalahari in the west and the humid Lowveld of the North West Province. The lodge is situated in the North West Province and is in a malaria free zone close to the Sun City Resort, and approximately two & half hours drive from Johannesburg
